Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to all governorates within Egypt.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: approximately 3–5 business days
• Other Governorates: approximately 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Free shipping is available on orders over EGP 4,500.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Egypt.

Please have the exact payment amount ready when your order is delivered.

Order Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order in the presence of the courier before accepting delivery.

If there is a visible issue (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), the order may be refused in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to answer delivery calls, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
